How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least 1–2 weeks in advance, especially for weekend dates and peak season. Popular units fill up fast — the sooner you book, the better your chances of getting your first choice.
What's included in the rental?
Delivery, professional setup, and pickup are always included — no hidden fees. We'll also walk you through everything before we leave so you feel confident and ready.
What surfaces can you set up on?
We can set up on grass, concrete, or asphalt. Grass is preferred for the best anchoring and comfort. Please make sure the setup area is clear of obstacles, sprinkler heads, and debris before we arrive.
What happens if it rains on my event day?
We monitor the weather closely leading up to your event. If severe weather is forecast (strong winds, lightning, or heavy rain), we'll work with you to reschedule at no charge. Light rain is generally fine for most units — we'll keep you informed.
Do you require a deposit?
Yes, a deposit is required to hold your date. The remaining balance is due on or before the day of your event. We accept all major credit cards and other payment options as listed at checkout.
